a piece of mind
am kinda occupied lately…2009 budget has finally off, i hope. so does jpka, akaun amanah and such.
Finally today, my table has been cleared. clear table demonstrate clear mind i supposed. But u know, the maintainance of having tidy table cant really be promised.
i am triggered to comment about one of the blogs that has been shut due to the negative responses. as well to anna’s last entry regarding one of the readers that has been criticizing her about the flow of her ramblings.
to some extent i agree. obviously the blog is like a diary, a medium perhaps to bring the suppressed feelings. and in any cases in the world, some may agree wif our actions, and some may not. i wonder why some faithful readers to “certain” blogs angered towards whats written. after all, that is her blog. dalam erti kata lain, lantak ko la nak cakap apa pun. democracy promotes the notion of freedom of speech isnt it? so why deter it?
Anna was saying in her entry that, if the reader doesnt like the way she writes, then might as well not reading it at all. I do agree. Make ur way out if u dont like what u see. but dont just tailor made people’s blog just to please one’s own sweet eyes. U may make one for u, but if you are trying to custom made others blog for your own likings, i think thats too much.
nah, i have nothing against anyone. or trying to sent any message across. its just a triggering issue to comment on. Thats all.

on another note, are the pics on our last hols at penang as well as bukit merah lake town resort. Luqman seemed enjoying himself. i hate the monkeys in bukit merah though.
Nothing much to comment really, its just that it has beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen so long that my hubby and i had been takings pics together.

mentality problem
it has been ages since i last updated. minus the brief story, it was merely a month.
My life has been on a roller coaster these days. pretty occupied wif budget screening with the BRO, interview etc. didnt have much extra time to blog, reports were rushed to meet datelines and such.
Luqman now is busy talking. I have nothing to brag really, its just that its pretty amazing children tend to absorb more during the first few years. i agree with jue, luqman as well as dania, dah pandai pilih baju, kasut mana nak pakai, counting one to ten and such….
He is so addicted to Disney Channel 613. enthusiast to this channel, he seemed to learn alot from this channel.
there was this one time in seremban, i was at one corner, watching luqman talking to his atuk…
Father in law : luqman…bila atuk panggil luqman…luqman kena jawab apa? luqman kena jawab…”saya atuk”. tau?
so he wanted to test it out…so he called upon…”LUQMANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN”
my sons answered…”am coming atukkkkkk”
Father in law: wah…cucu atuk cakap omputih rupanya….
and my son continues….mama…………where are you mama…where u are mama?
kekadang where are you, kekadang where u are….. and having him speaking english was actually funny to hear, of course his intonation wasnt as clear as we adults speak….its more of ….” where ayu (where are you)” and “am kamin (i’m coming)” and “kam bek (come back)!
like any other child…the advert of “buah hati” really captured his attention. so now, for every buah he see, will turn to be like this…”mama, ader buah hati kat pokok!”

in terms of work wise, things had not been pretty smooth sailing…i guess the myth of PTD is such a pain in a neck to other schemes still exist. Naively, i thought it is such a stigma, but having such an incredible experience, it clearly shows that to some DG/DH, the gap will permanently exist.
its pretty amazing that to some, different scheme brings different way of working…i agree, culture may differs, but putting things from a macro level, at the end of the day, all things, all scheme remains the same. but i guess to some, they’d like to think that some scheme are very much championed than the others. i frankly hope mentality of the government servant wud change, after all, so many things have changed, put it in terms of salary increment, revised pension etc. its just how the mentality of these people needed to be altered. none of us is better off, so why bother to compete whose better? arent we supposed to compete wif our own self instead of others?
reiterating the same point i have uttered last few entries, i dont see scheme is a saviour, either it can be protection. its just a definition, a label to be exact. but to some, the scheme of theirs actually portrays how they are, which i find its totally absurd and ridiculous.
its just who you are, how u do things…that deters all…
master application has just been out, wasnt sure to pursue or vice versa. on another note, i’d like to extend my warmest congratulations to maliz and ijan for tieing the knot last 10th of may 2008. i wish both of you will be happy….
p/s: tu bukan hubby aku ek… :p
