NOTE: To whom it may concern yg baju cokleat, baju putih ngan baju green, the same conversation dia ckp kat ninda kelana jaya…hahhahahhah but worries nothing, uman holds no grudges and wud like to repeat meeting in another occasion pas raye ek? :p nak collect duit raya.

during this ramadhan, i received quite a number of email stating that there were too many hotels that have not required sijil halal, but instead promotes their buka puasa to the masses. above all, almost all 5 star hotels have never applied such cert.

but my point is: shouldnt JAKIM, Majlis agama do their part?

HOW? draw a policy that any hotels that doesnt require halal certificate shudnt be allowed to host any buka puasa.

WHY? Malaysia is a muslim country, thus JAKIM buat apa? setakat keluarkan list and do nothing? any business wudnt be bothered about applying the sijil halal if JAKIM is sleeping…

and now jakim is HOPING the public is kengkonon boikot hotel yang menawarkan buka puasa tetapi tiada pengesahan sijil halal..

my point is again n again : JAKIM BUAT APA? keluarkan list aje ke? arah mana kemajuan islam di negara malaysia yang jabatan dia tidak membuat apa2 tindakan? and owh, probably  jakim dan majlis agama lebih berminat dgn tangkapan khalwat agaknya..

ikhlas: drpd juga seorg penjawat awam, seorang muslim yang sering tertanya-tanya…tiada unit naziran ke di JAKIM? hari ni dapt email mengenai old town white coffee yang hanya mempunyai sijil halal bagi minuman sahaja dan tidak menyeluruh bagi makana…takkan jakim mengharapkan public nak buat naziran sendiri kut?

 my name si sabrina and i have placed my order on 19 august for my majlis berbuka puasa on 7th of september, which turned out to be a disaster for me. as far as my experienced dealing with caterers like felda d saji, suri catering as well as equatorial for Prime Minister’s office, dealing with kazema catering is the worst case scenario. i have fax over my finalised quotation, and even called suzanna a few times just to check the confirmation.

 however, on the day itself, the menu that i chose was different than the one i faxed over.

 a) i wanted ayam goreng berempah: it turned out to be ayam masak merah

b) kambing tak sampai, and all i found out, u have forgotten to order?

c) i wanted MEE goreng, it turned out meehoon goreng.

 the email i received earlier quoted “harga boleh runding”, which in fact, sesen pun saya tak mintak diskaun as i EXPECTED EXECLLENT QUALITY SERVICES FROM KAZEMA CATERING, BUT THE SERVICE WAS THE WORSE ONE I EVER GOT SO FAR. Was it because for the anak yatim, so nobody CARED to check?

to my hubby, didnt u try to be a little bit of politeness while u were a kid then? *sigh*

best of things…my mother asked my son…”uman…nanti uman pindah umah baru, uman nak bawak chichi tinggal sama tak?”

he replied nonchalantly, ” bawak la, nanti saper nak gosok baju?”

i have been long forgotten about the commitment to update this blog. too ocuupied with the routine meeting for tender and quotation, not to mention budget meeting with treasury.

my department has been directed by the YB Minister to split into two, one for polytechnics, and one for comuunity college. i prefer to reserve my comment on this as being in the “perkhidmatan gunasama”, the “divorce” wud not affect us much.

i have pity on one person in this jabatan actually. in my opinion, he is matured enough to distinguish in between right and wrong. but that does not shown in his choice of actions. the way he preach to people, how innocent he has been pukes me off, which on the same time, he obviously never walk his talk. though news has been spreading here that he took commision out of each transaction, i find it hard to syncronize with the way he acts. he preach to everyone that every procedure that ever created in this world has been diligently followed without fail, but on the contrary, no words cud describe his hypocrisy!

i frankly wonder how he sleeps at night, where he has to pretend to the masses that he’s innocent, where he knows deep at heart what he did was way against the law. i wonder how he feed his children what the money that he gained via unlawful and dishonest deals. i wonder how he finds the tranquil of peace and serenity. or maybe all this while he thought that the money that he gained was purely his effort. i am pretty sure if it was all his money that involved, he wud not do such things. but since its at the expense of the government capital, then what the heck. as he declared his principle…” ala orang lain lagik byk amik…” so i guess for him, kalau dia amik sikit tu takper kut…..

to ksn, if you are reading thing (though i doubt not) please check on the super senior officers…if not your notion of first class facility, 3rd class mentality will only be history.

however, i wish him all the best, deep inside i hope he wud “tersedar” daripada mimpi yang indah that what he did was totally beyond whats permissible. i frankly hope he finds peace at heart….finally… for days to come….insha allah.

i knew that my blog can easily be traced, and i therefore the entry is so vulnerable that it cud be read by anyone in this world. unfortunately, this is the ONLY platform that i cud think of, to express what i viewed.

i have no offence against service actually, it is in fact one of the most important “bidang” that a ptd should have mastered. it is actually much more interesting than kew as it faced people’s emotions, regardless dry numbers in kewangan. but what i cud witnessed in service is that, the progress were so slow, even for producing one letter requires time, where letter kenaikan pangkat, penempatan semula is actually standard, and generally used. i dont know how service in other ministry or jabatan has been. but the system here, definitely needs some reformation.

and maybe a little bit of knock-out shouting wud be gud for their mentality! this is my experience today, where I AM one of the head of service, kew and pentadbiran…

me: hello kak ***, saya nak tahu la pasal cuti GCR saya, saya dah check dalam sistem HRMIS tapi dia tulis kosong. kenapa ye?
her : awak dah check dgn pentadbiran belum?

me: dah…tapi dia kata, GCR dalam sistem hanya dikira mulai tahun 2009, saya nak tahu berapa saya dah kumpul boleh tak?
her: SAYA BYK KEJE LA!!!!

me: hmm takper, saya check sendiri pun takper, buku service ader kat mana ek?
her: ader kat byk byk tempat la….AWAK BAGI JE LA NAMA PENUH …ESOK LA SAYA CARIK….

and yes, she is one of my clerk…i had no intention to kenakan dia, its just that if she were so occupied, she shud have tell it in much nicer way…

and its not my fault, dia yang tak kenal suara aku…… so kalau lower rank yang mintak, does she has the right to throw off her tantrums?
